1st time trying the burger w/cooked onions. very good. and hot to eat fries were good
problem was with the drink large coke...
glass was dripping when it was delivered further inspection hole in the bottom...
mistakes happen in every aspect of your life...l don't mind paying extra for a large drink but it sort of upsetting when the entire cup is jam packed with ice and very little coke...
I'm a senior citizen on a very limited income and can't always afford to order out...
that being said...
Steak and Shake is one of my favorite places to order from quality and value...
I really would like some kind of compensation for the bad coke cup leaking and full of ice...

If you ask for extra garlic butter you get extra garlic butter. You get a lot of it haha, it tasted really yummy tho

I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, one 3-piece chicken fingers and two cups of chili. Received all but the chili.....which is the second time in a month that I have ordered chili and have not received it. Not happy that I am being charged again for something that I was not provided to complete my food order.

Had the Chili 5-Way and it was terrible!! Greasy, too much cheese, very sweet, barely any noodles, and definitely gave me heart burn. Got some oysters crackers but just enough to make you wish for more. Will not be ordering this anytime soon!!!
