• 2/10/26I ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce and onion. There's no cheese burger tasted old and cold. Fries are cold. Barely had any lettuce and barely had any onions. Will I order steak 'n Shake again through DoorDash? I don't think it was a driver at all. It was just the quality of food.

• 12/24/21I got a plain garlic bun with Strasbourg and cheese.
They forgot ALL condiments when I asked for v everything.
Did the shakes get smaller (?) I got a strawberry shake and it was good but I can get a much larger shake from Arbys cheaper.

• 5/8/26I called to let them know my fries were hard as a rock all I could get out was hey I just ordered DoorDash and click they hung up I called back letting it ring for so long that they answered and immediately hung up again terrible service
