I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and there was no cookie dough in it. I swear there were like 3 very tiny pieces only. I normally love Steak 'n Shake and have never had an issue with my milkshake. This really disappointed me.

You might want to rethink not putting access to the milkshake from the top of the shake lid… Like a perforation. I took the top off my shake and it had melted inside and it poured out all over my clothes, the floor, etc..

I had good memories of steak 'n shake so when i was looking for a bacon burger i thought i would try them since its been a long time. the burger looked pretty flat which would be fine if there was more than 2 pieces of bacon on it. i would give more stars since the other burger i got was good enough but since i was looking for a bacon burger and got so little bacon i cant give more than 1 star

the burger tasted like it was left over from yesterday. bun was hard and burger was dried out and inedible. of course even though it couldn't be eaten I still had to pay because doordash offers nothing

It was good, but the bread on the Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger Combo was stale, and unusually thick? Like a taller bun, it's hard to explain. The shake was perfect as well as the Triple Steakburger (3x cheese) Combo
