Drinks are very good and they answer the chat questions. I asked them to make the banana drink with regular coffee instead of white coffee and it was so good! Food is not made fresh but it's good for premade items.

The first time i ordered a lotus and breakfast Sausage Egg Cheese and Potato Burrito everything was amazing! The second time they were out of stock of the burrito and the lotus was disgusting (very syrup-ie bad after taste). The last time, hoping to get the breakfast burrito this time and ordered something from their menu that wasnt customized (as a quality control test) and they were out of stock of the drink and the Sausage Egg Cheese and Potato Burrito tasted off. The portion of sausage was overwhelming, the potato didnt seem right, very bland and earthy, possibly undercooked? I am disappointed with consistency of their products and how lately something is always out of stock.

They switch your order without verifying the change with you. They put a sticker on your straw on the part you drink from and it leaves a residue

I have never tried this pace before, but I thought the Exclusive Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte would be great but I was wrong. It tastes like watery milk with a hint of sugar. It did not taste like coffee at all and I ended up dumping the whole thing out. 14$ I'll never get back.i would never order this again.
