• 7/10/26I live for sushi—I have to eat it at least twice a week. I’ve tried just about every sushi restaurant in the Rio Grande Valley, and I’m very picky because I eat raw fish. With delivery, sushi doesn’t always arrive as fresh as I’d like, but Sticky Rice Sushi completely exceeded my expectations. The salmon nigiri was incredibly fresh, buttery, and absolutely delicious. I also had the Ebi Ebi Roll, and it was amazing. This place has officially earned a spot in my top three favorite sushi restaurants in the Valley!

• 5/10/26Girl dinner! Sticky rice with shrimp is my go to never fails. Make sure to get you ponzu sauce with spicy mayo and chili.
Their jalapeno tempera caught my eye when ordering, and I do not regret it.
