I don't know how they do it but the crispy duck as well as everything else always shows up piping hot and delicious

I received the incorrect pasta and the goat cheese balls are comically small. The goat cheese balls used to be at least double the size they are now. While both items still tasted good, it's not what I ordered and the size of the goat cheese balls do not match the price.

Juicy waygu was dry and the cost is four dollars more than on their regular menu. I was upcharged because they ran out of what I originally ordered and the person I spoke to did not make it clear that I would be charged more. She mentioned "I will adjust your order" but did not mention the higher price. I think she was purposely ambiguous. Pretty bad experience overall

Doesn't fit the container which caused all of the toppings to fall off leaving three pieces of bread, diced tomatoes, and a few small pieces of cheese. Even if it packaged correctly, still not worth the price.

the Smoked Turkey is my favorite sandwich. The bread they use has wonderful texture. The meat is plentiful and flavorful.
