Their customer service is excellent. Iced Tea Lemonade & Cheese Danish were both delicious. My order was ready super fast. This is one of my favorite coffee shops.

I paid over $12 for a drink and it was not even filled up all the way. There was a huge gap at the top. I have not taken a single sip. Also paid extra for cold foam and got absolutely none. Will never order from this place again

Every food item I've gotten from this place is absolutely delicious! The matcha has never impressed me. Its not terrible but its still somehow the worst matcha ive had from anywhere. (except for starbucks of course lol) Ido enjoy the chai latte though!

They're very nice and their quality is outstanding.
I like to order ahead and skip the line!
