My burger seems to always be cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of char on it. I would ease up a bit on the salt & maybe use some No Salt Tony Chaceres seasoning or such just to give it a bit more flavor. Other than that, the raw onions bring it out to nice finish. I did not expect this burger from Stroko's, at all!
