I purchased the Ultimate (whole) sub with white bread. The picture on the menu did not match the item picked up. My Ultimate was flatten and messy. The meat was not evenly disturbed on the bread, and the sandwich was tasteless. The ends on the sandwich was mostly bread. The meat was too thinly sliced. The tomatoes were few and over ripened. The oil and vinegar tasted watered down. I see why I have not eaten at Sub Station II in years. Very disappointed.

I'm sorry but they were out of tuna so I chose chicken salad sub and it wasn't tasty at all. The chicken salad probably would have been ok if the ranch dressing wasn't so awful.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sub was barely wrapped and exposed; which it's usually always double wrapped and inside another paper bag. Aside from that, everything else seems fine.
