I got little to no Southern Style Chicken Bites and there was no sauce on them as in the pictures. the Cheesy Garlic Toastie has again little to no cheese stuff on it. All round, this isnt good enough

The Mega Combo ordered a footlong and got given a six inch. Beetroot and capsicum missing, tomato added which I didn't want. Bread is stale and rock hard. Worst sub I ever had. Unbelievable how badly my order was screwed up.

My partner is a type 1 diabetic who was in need of a sugary drink, please do not change the drink that someone has ordered. This is very inconsiderate, if you were lacking in stock, you should have phoned for an alternative.

Italian B.M.T.® Footlong® was dry, minimal sauce, Jalapeños were not fresh, was missing all the cheese and despite asking for decent salad wuan as you can in store it was just minimal everything
