I didn't like that I couldn't type in special requests, I wanted my veggies toasted on my sandwich then the dressing put on after it toasts, but the sandwich was good and fresh, the bread was perfect and soft.

The Cinnabon® Footlong Churro (190 Cals)was the worst churro I have  ever had.  It was super hard and tasted of oil.  It was either days old or over cooked.  It tracks if it was over cooked as this stores cookies are all overcooked and hard now. Used to be the best but something changed and not for the better.

My sandwich appeared as if it was thrown around a couple of times before they handed it over to the delivery person. Turkey tasted like it was past due. Lettuce was brown and the sau e was inside and outside of the sandwich.

I paid for extra protein with hardly any meat on my little 4 inch sub and they forgot our cookies and bag of chips.

I ordered the Rotisserie chicken foot-long with cheese  and I got grilled chicken￼ which was really cold even tho I asked for it to be toasted and I didn't have cheese on my sandwich. The ratio of the meat was underwhelming because there was hardly any meat in the sandwich at all. This was very disappointing and I won't be eating here at this location again
