one of the sandwiches ordered came prepared horribly. wasn't even cut and ingredients were thrown on there very carelessly and was just a complete mess.

They must been having a horrible day.  Wrap was not given the usual care and finesse as normal. Wrap was falling apart, not cut in Half and I know they are average times amazing.
