Excellent customer service. One employee wrote a nice note letting me know they were out of an item I ordered and went above and beyond to substitute for the item. Food was fresh and packaged securely.

subway always does an amazing job with my order, I check like 10 boxes with the veggies and everything I want in my sub and they've never messed up anything in my 5+ times ordering. awesome work thank you.. PS the foot long cookie was 100% worth it, that thing was huge and tasty

I couldn't even enjoy the Auntie Anne's® Footlong Pretzel (330 Cals) completely because half of it was rock solid like it was left out for a couple hours. Waste of money. They didn't have the cookies I wanted so they substituted them,which was nice but they were a little dry. Everything else was great.

Tuna sub was very skimpy. You couldn't even see what was in the sandwich until you pulled the bread apart.  It looked like justa roll.

Sandwich was great, but pretzel was awful. Did not even taste like a pretzel should. Just regular bread with bits of salt.
