We had the Steak & Cheese foot long subs, customized to our tastes, and they were absolutely delicious!  We've ordered from the Portland, Michigan, store a couple of times since we moved here, and have always been more than satisfied.

The bread was hard I had to take it back and the employee responded with "I know it's hard I'm sorry " so I asked why they would serve it if he knew it was hard ? He just shrugged his shoulders . Poor customer satisfaction

I ordered the footlong Roast Beef sub with 50% more protein.  Instead I got 90%LESS -- 2 slices of Roast beef between the two halves.  I combined the meat from the two halves to make a barely passable 6"sub.  I'm very disappointed.

Well, I won't be ordering here anymore.  Twice in a row I ordered by roast beef sandwich and was shortchanged on meat.  The first time I had ordered 50% more and got 2 slices of roast beef.  Tonight I ordered double protein and got 4 slices of roast beef.  The B.M.T. sub was also ordered with 50% more protein, but barely got the normal amount.  Avoid the Portland, MI store - it's not worth it anymore.
