Put chicken strips in the chicken classic instead of an actual chicken classic fillet. Not sure if this was a substitution or something but it was unfortunately very dry and bland. Everything else was exactly according to order notes though, thank you

Sent me a six inch instead of a Italian B.M.T.® Footlong®, didn't put any requested sauce on the barely toasted Meatball Melt Six Inch®. I didn't order the Ham, Cheese, & Tomato jaffle, it was sent as a substitute for cookies and was very dry.

paid extra $6 for extra meat, and received what i assume was a standard amount of meat. dont waste the 6 bucks.

$10.60 for a regular Meatball salad! I asked for Old English Cheese, there is none in there! I have got 3 meatballs and about 10-15 pieces of olives!! This is Disgraceful!!
