Always a go-to for me. I can always count on my sugar order to arrive delightful. Just as delicious as if i just left their store myself. Coffee, ANY PASRTY, and the Caprese Sandwich and more . Top Notch. Always fresh.

Sketchy business practices. My order was changed after checkout with no communication whatsoever. I made sure everything was correct on my end—specifically ordering a cinnamon brioche. However, I received a completely different pastry (a jam scone??) and was charged for it.
I understand if an item is out of stock, but in that case, the restaurant should contact DoorDash or reach out to the customer directly before making any substitutions. Sugar swapped my item without notifying me, which is a basic service failure—especially concerning given potential food allergies. I would’ve much rather received a refund than be charged for something I didn’t want or order.

You were out of nearly everything I ordered and subbed in things no one would eat. Pro tip: calling the customer instead of guessing wildly tends to work better. I’ve literally seen your First Hill location do it—so I know it’s doable.

I come here nearly everyday with my dog. They're super sweet, dog-friendly, and everything is tasty. I recommend a heated cinnamon brioche and turkey havarti sandwich.
