We tried these cookies a few months ago and they were horribly burned but looked amazing so we decided to try again. We did request that we prefer them under done rather than over, and they turned out perfect! They really are delicious!

Man, this place is really hit or miss. First order, totally burned. Second order - amazing! Perfect! This order, half burned. I even left them a note asking them to under bake like they did previously. I want to like it because they are good but burned cookies are just no fun.

Either hard as a rock or raw cookie dough. Get the cookies from Panera instead

The cookies look great and arrived warm, but they were completely burned on the bottom...all of them. The smell of burnt cookie is overpowering. Very disappointing.
