Everything is always so yummy! They run out of things sometimes, but are great about contacting me for substitutions. Everything is made from scratch there, I have enjoyed seeing items being made while I'm in the mall. Great lunch options as well. I'll definitely keep getting my sugar fix from sugar mamas.

They gave me another flavor cheesecake without notifying me. People are allergic to certain things so they should be more aware of that before just throwing what they want in the bag just to provide something. I paid $10 for a cheesecake I did not choose.

everything that I ordered wasn't available and I asked that instead of replacing issue a refund instead they gave me basically whatever they wanted me to have. The pictures of the Cookie 6 Pack makes them look soo delicious, but I honestly wasn't impressed at all. I was expecting cookies to be similar to the cookie booths that the malls used to have early 2000's, but it was the opposite. I was disappointed to say the least but the packaging is simply eye catching and very cute. I think it would of been better if the cookies were freshly made.

Cookies and ice cream were delicious! You can watch the cookies being prepared and baked while there. Great experience!
