Side of Fries crispy and seasoned to perfection. The Birria Quesadilla is mouthwatering ! Juicy. Cheesey. Flavorful. The consommé isn't watery or oily. It's just right and adds a hint of smokiness.

My first time having it and it's the best Birria I've had in Flint and top 3 I've ever had in the USA !
