Awesome sandwich and customer service! Ran out of cheddar sauce after ordering. Refunded cost of cheddar. Added free bag of chips and a hand written apology note for the cheddar shortage!

Pretty good customer service but they were out of The Sub Supreme and substituted with the Melted Roast Beef but the beef was poor quality, sinewy, plus I can't eat spicy foods for medical reasons. The Black & White Supreme cookie was pretty bad; it was just a cloyingly sweet, poor quality cookie. The chips were salsa flavored.
