10/10 insanely delicious. I had been wanting to try Suka's out since they came to Anchorage & just hadn't. I wish I did sooner... because it was incredible. The 5. 2 Pcs Musubi was phenomenal. And the 1. Chicken Katsu was also incredible. I will most definitely be back.

This musubi is so scrumptious. It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I love musubi in general but this , THIS DISH TOPS IT ALL! The portion of the 4 piece is surprisingly big, I honestly thought they'd be small but this is my favorite I can't wait to try every other dish on the menu ! I love smoothies and peach + strawberry is my go to. I ordered the Extreme Peach but I think for some reason I got the Mango Mania ? Maybe I'm wrong but the smoothie was still good.

Tuna Poke Sampler (spicy) 10/10. The poke is a steal! Not overly spicy. High-quality tuna and great flavor. Shrimp Katsu 6/10 I am giving this one the benefit of the doubt because it arrived overcooked and is served a la carte despite the photo showing a full plate. I don't love Mac salad but I was definitely looking forward to trying it from Suka's. It's ok tho!I'm definitely hitting this spot up again thru DD and in person.

Returned to restaurant because 3. Shrimp Katsu was rubbery and dry. I requested extra sauce to compensate but there was no saving it.
Description for 1. Spam Fries is false and the entry should be deleted. There's no cheese, bacon or jalapeno just a jacked up price. Never heard from manager about making it right.

the 1. Chicken Katsu is insanely delicious! it is savory and crispy, but the chicken is still tender and juicy. the sauce they use on top is tangy aND sweet which justadds to the flavor!the Musubi is still my all time fave, crunchy goodness and a sweet tangy sauce drizzled on top! 100%will order again!
