Sum Ramen
the soup is savory and thick, not creamy thick, but full enough to combine everything together. it maybe a bit spicier for most people though.
the ramen is thick noodle, as stated, and the chewiness is just right.
the chashu is really good. it has the right tenderness inside yet retain the flavorful yet now-soften outta crust.
if you order takeout, reheat the soup, not because the soup was not hot from the shop, but you need the hot soup to revitalize the thick noodle in the bowl.
Karaage Chicken Wings
i ordered the wings (not boneless) they are medium sized and cut into halves and then battered. maybe because they are cut in halves, they are well seasoned so you don't need the sauce - yet the sauces are really good too. My vision of karaage is lightly battered chicken so I do find these wings have a bit more battered than I thought, but still not K or P chicken store thick.
the overall experience of the food is amazing. I have been looking for an authentic ramen

This is probably some of the best ramen I have had. We also ordered the special drink and it came in the most beautiful glass jar! What a nice gift for a customer! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived hot. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again.

The LIMITED SPECIAL: WONTON RAMEN is very good. The Karaage Chicken Wings appetizer tastes good but they are not whole chicken wings or wingettes. They are wing flats split in half so the price is a bit much for what you receive.

I find it extremely hard finding quality takeout with tasty Vegetarian Ramen, but this restaurant executed beautifully! They do say looks can be deceiving because the packaging perfectly secured the right temperature of this absolutely fulfilling meal. I will be ordering again !

Thank you for so many gluten free options! Speaking with restaurant staff it is clear they know the gluten free options, which helps build trust with those of us with intolerances. Love the boneless karaage chicken, shishitos, and ramens.
