I'm obsessed with the gluten-free Thai Tom Yum Ramen. It's so nice to have really good ramen that's also gluten-free. I don't know how their rice noodles don't get mushy. Must be magic. My only complaint is that they consistently overcook the shrimp. Other than that, it's perfect.

Although they were good ... I was a bit disspaoin because when we went there the portions were better and the ramen had way for stuff in it.
