Unfortunately it seems like they pre-make their rolls. I got the Spicy Crunchy Salmon Roll and the rice was hard and the ends were dried out like it has been sitting pre made for a while. Really disappointed because I had liked this place before.

Disappointing, everything tasted really old. The rice fell apart and was super dry, and the fish didn't taste fresh either

So, this is a five star review and a one star review. I love Sumi Sushi. It’s my go to, and I’m always very satisfied with the sushi. It’s really quite good. The one star is just for this order. Today I got the three spicy roll combo and it was more crunch than fish. Like genuinely tasted like bread rolled in sushi rice with fish essence. You can only use so much of the crunch to stretch your fish. Even in looking at it you can see. I order on doordash, in person etc from here. And I’ll go back. But won’t get these again.
