I recommend toasting your bagel yourself at home it's hard to gauge what you're going to get, last time I got a bagel regular toasted and it didn't seem toasted at all so this order I got it extra toasted and received it burnt. Other than that, I love their food.

The bagel was so good! Had The KenneBEC and the portion was huge. Really puts the crappy gas station breakfast sandwiches to shame! the delivery fee is a little steep but well worth it!

I ordered the The Mainer and got a regular bagel and creme cheese only. That was a lot of money for something I could have got for a lot less at dunkin, but I don't shop there bc it's not a clean restaurant.
