The chicken and waffle was delicious especially the oyster mushroom "chicken". Wish the waffle was the thin one like in the photo but still was really good. The juice and Elderberry Shot was also really good it felt healthy and tasted great. I've liked Sunshine Vegan for some time now I think it's a wonderful place that you should definitely try.

Excellent flavor 893 Fried Chicken fried to perfection, The yam also very good, the macaroni good as heck ,the kale salad and cornbread were delicious as well. good size portions!! I will certainly be ordering again

First impressions: excellent quality, portion size and pricing. I got the Mac & Cheese (so rich), Chicken Tenders (5) and Fries (if the non-vegan eats this and doesn't consider changing their diet, NOTHING WILL) and Royal Sliders (saved for breakfast next day, so full from other food) all for $40 including tip through pickup. Very nice people, clean establishment. Will return ASAP.

I adore this establishment☆. As a vegan of 16 years, it is marvelous to find a creatively delicious vegan restaurant in Buffalo. The flavor pairing in both the (SF) Kale Salad & the (SF) Sunshine Vegan Wrap are thoughtfully curated and well-balanced; the portion sizes are generous and satisfying. I will continue coming back, eager for more. ♡♡♡

Very tasty & filling! Couldn't even finish my kale salad because it's such a hefty portion! Not to mention I didn't even need the dressing given because the salad was very pleasing to the palate on its own!
