I give this order a 5 because I could find no real fault with it.
The Whole Chicken + 2 Sides : the chicken was fully cooked, tender and moist, even the breast, which is SO easy to cook dry and chewy. (I've had chicken breast where I'd take a bite, and then before I started chewing, have to take a sip of whatever I was drinking, to be ABLE to chew. Not gonna waste food that isn't outright spoiled.) So this chicken was just fine. It was greasy some, but Peruvian chicken is like that, so you expect it going in. No fault. The Yuca and grilled vegetables were pretty standard. Yuca wasn't overdone or underdone; the "mixed vegetables" were green and yellow squash, with a surprise cameo appearance by onion. Standard stuff. Didn't get to the black beans. We called the store just after our order was confirmed, and requested extra"green sauce" (salsa verde). The guy I talked with said he'd include extra sauce as a substitute for the "yellow sauce" that usually also comes with this kind of chicken. (The yellow sauce is mayonnaise with a little cumin or turmeric or something. Fine with us if we didn't get any. It's just about 100% fat. Like we need more.) So, there are no real negatives to report. Everything was as ordered, and as expected, no complaints, so,... 5 stars.

Food is great, one of the older men wanted to be rude about getting some sauce while the other was trying to help me. Only thing wrong with the experience, one of the guys wanted to be grumpy. Definitely fresh & a nice amount.
