Normally things are perfect as I asked but this time, they put cheese on my baked potato even though I asked for none, as I'm lactose intolerant. Normally the potatoes taste amazing and are very filling.

I did not receive the correct order with my recent purchase. I ordered a Super Potato Burrito, rice, beans, and guacamole. While I received the other items, instead of the Super Potato Burrito, I was given loaded nachos.
I immediately called the restaurant to report the mix-up and requested that my correct item be delivered. The representative on the phone attempted to blame the driver, even though the order was sealed with your label and had my name clearly printed on it. After some back and forth, she asked for my address and phone number, assuring me she would have my correct item sent out and call me back within 5 minutes.
I waited 25 minutes without a response and had to call again. At that point, I was told the restaurant would not be sending my correct order and that I would instead need to come pick it up. I explained that I specifically ordered delivery because I did not wish to drive anywhere—that was the entire purpose of placing a delivery order. The response I received w
