We love the Volcano sushi and Lion King. I will definitely order the Volcano sushi again; it has a generous amount of scallop and it's very tasty!

Tried some new ones tonight. Besides our fav, Rainbow, we ordered their Rock 'n Roll and Negi Hama Roll . The Rock 'n Roll had plump Unagi & Avocado with a good Unagi sauce with that deep caramelized flavor. The Negi Hama Roll was packed with tasty Hamachi and scallion. I like their touch of roasted seasame seeds as it complimented the flavors very well. Usually this roll elsewhere would be seaweed on the outside, but I like their's very much!

Oh, and yes we had Tempura Ala Carte Combo as well. You know this place does it riiight 🤤

Their Lion King was tasty and well sauced. The Rainbow was very good, having a good variety of my favorite types of fish sauced with unagi sauce. The Hot Crazy roll was crispy, but not spicy for me at all, with very mild flavor tuna. I added much needed siracha.

Negi Hama Roll, Rainbow, Tempura Ala Carte Combo, Dragonfly were all good, as usual :)
Don't think we've ordered Tiger roll before. I liked the flavor. Next time remind me to add some lemon to the Salmon!

Miso Ramen was disappointing. I even added extra fish cake and there was barely any meat, only 2 fish cake and lacked flavor. There was plenty of ramen for sure. Most like won't order here again.
