Always hits the spot! My Create Your Own Burrito was made just as I asked, and the Ube Cheesecake was delicious. Glad I decided to splurge on the dessert :)

The portions are sooooooo small! Like small pieces of chicken in MealBox Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and couple of cucumbers. I also asked for the sauces, utensils and napkins but they were not delivered. $35 for a bowl that is worth $6. No good.

I used to love Sus Hi, but tonight my bowl tasted disgusting. The cucumbers were sour, mushy, and probably bad. The carrots were extremely sour as well and the rice at the bottom of my bowl was mushy and tasted like rotten fish. It felt like something was seriously off with food quality. There's also obvious skrinkflation with the meat portions and more expensive toppings like mango, becoming tinier and tinier cubes each time. So disappointing when a good brand starts to lose what made it good.

I personally think the meat needs more seasoning (beef , asada or wtv ). I would order again if I had more sweet teriyaki sauce it was so tasty. I paid alot for portions so if you're not ordering extra meat expect a not so big portions of protein. Otherwise very fresh and healthy worth the money!

steak was burnt make your own bowl and gave 4 pieces of chicken with burnt steak couldn't even chew it
