White Lotus roll has an insane sweet and umami flavor profile, never had sushi with such creative thought in the ingredients. Best sushi I've had in a long time to be honest, and who would have thought I found it on door dash lol. The fish also tasted pretty fresh, no off flavors or textures at all. 8.5/10

We have been searching Sarasota for GREAT sushi going on 4+ years. We finally have it. This is not only the best sushi in Saraota, bu one of the best wevet had in the country.
The Serrano Salmon Nigiri is the best weve ever had & the rolls rival Nobu in Vegas & LA.
I'd love an option to order additional slices of Serrano or Jalapeño peppers.

this sushi place is one of the best spots here in Sarasota. It might be a little bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for! The flavor profiles are so balanced and well thought out. 10 out of 10 everytime!

The Truffle Crispy Rice Salmon was so over fried and inedible. The rice was rock hard on every single piece.. 2 orders were wasted. The Hamachi roll was delicious though. The packaging and presentation were top notch…. But that crispy rice could've been used to build a house..
The delivery was perfect. No other issues.

Esperé mucho tiempo por mi pedido y no me mandaron las bebidas, de este restaurante es mi sushi favorito, pero hoy hubieron muchos errores, tampoco estaba rico el crispy de salmón, hoy quedé decepcionada.
