I wanted to give a 3.5 stars, but I couldn't. The food is normally good but there has been a few times when received rolls that are less than fresh... sometimes hard rice. But for the price you can't beat it. When the food is fresh it's great. Usually fresher during the early hours of the day.

Hosomaki Combo was delish and so was the Cooked Sushi Platter. So much food under $40 including tip! Crazy fresh! Honestly the best sushi rice I've had in Longmont. Just melted in my mouth. This is the way sushi is supposed to be done.

i usually love the sushi but today i found several bones in the mini roll and had to pull them out of my mouth while i was eating. i'm really disappointed and scared to eat the rest :(
