Half of my items were not prepared and my rice was hard like it was made yesterday or left out drying since 5am

Everyone went on lunch at once, so no one was around to make my order. That was understandable and I didnt mind waiting. My dasher was able to eventually hunt someone down to make my order and it was all good. However when my order got here, instead of my Edamame, I had a plastic container of frozen peas. Not shelled edamame, literal peas. I also ordered the Matcha Mochi Bites and I dont know if they were out or something but what I recieved was a container of frozen strawberries, and a soggy melted mochi that is pink and definitely not matcha. It literally crumbled in my hands and was not edible. I would have just preferred a refund honestly. The sushi itself was good, but im disappointed over all and now understand why the deals for this place are so good. It's not worth trying otherwise.
