this is the BEST sushi in the valley! never fishy always fresh fish, the sushi chef is so awesome. is technique is great keeps his area and his tools prestine.

The sushi was old, the fish was sour and the avocados were black and brown. Not the Dashers fault. She did as instructed.

Honestly the sushi from Smith's tastes better and more authentic than any of the actual sushi restaurants around here. I'm from California so we have GOOD sushi out there, whereas Utah doesn't, most of it is bland and poor quality. Smith's however, is pretty dang good for store bought sushi! I would choose this sushi over any of the restaurants around here any day! It's delicious, good portion sizes and priced well.

Not fresh today 5/8/25. Really disappointed. Rice was old and tough.
