Pretty mid quality. My dasher took a long time to bring it so it might not be as fresh, but the flavor is unimpressive. Grocery store sushi. New smiths in Bluffdale has superior sushi. Maceys might be better than this too. Got the Vegas crunch and the crunchy crab salad California as my basic and specialty.
