I recommend my favorite, the Indy Roll for a simple, clean taste that can be made complex by dipping into the eel/cream sauce. (sauce sounds gross, but I promise it's divine). Roll comes in yellow soypaper which doesn't change the flavors, but does help keep the ingredients tidy ( lol!)
My hubby LOVES their Paradise Roll and recommends it for anyone looking for multifaceted flavors. There's crunch on top, then yummy eel sauce, and then the clean ingredients that are handcrafted inside for a balanced flavor-explosion.

This was my first time trying the Spider Roll and I REALLY liked it! It's very complex.
Final note: I usually GO to the restaurant. This is my FIRST time using doordash to order and pickup. And the food is JUST as quality crafted. Which means: consistency in customer care & quality.

I feel like I was over charged they only gave me literally atleast 5-7 pieces of sushi for $30 sushi boss would never. They salad was nasty and bland along with the salad dressing. Overall nasty food.

the Sushi Appetizer is a perfect portion for a single eater. they have a variety of peices of fish that definitely hits the spot. the Agedashi Tofu is always my must order when I am getting it from sushi house!
