Best sushi I've had in Portland in years! I ordered the Hawaiian roll, FOST (Fried Onion Spicy Tuna Roll ), Negihama Roll which were all delicious and tasted very fresh. Also I really appreciated that the sushi rolls *weren't * doused in mayo!

Excellent, fast and high quality. Musumi are not small shrink wrapped they are cut like sushi and large, delicious portions.

Really used to like this place but has gone way down in both quality and value, both Manhattan Roll and Philadelphia Roll were not fresh and salmon quality was so bad and chewy that we couldn't even eat one piece of a roll... super sad

Best vegas rolls I've had not sitting in a restaurant. Really yummy. Could provide a couple more soy packets. Needed quick meal after work. Sushi One is #1 and is on point with their high level sushi ability on humble mortals.
