Great Yellowtail sashimi.Even the miso soup has plenty of crunchies and bits of tofu. They are great at paying attention to detail.

Picture shows 12 pieces of spicy tuna roll. Received 6. No excuse for that.
In addition, the SIX pieces were just tossed in the container on top of ginger and wasabi.
Biggest issue, in my opinion, is showing 12 pieces when it is apparently only 6.
