Ingredients were set in the bowl with care, and soup was separate, ready to add when it arrived. Pork was tender, noodles perfectly firm, and broth was flavourful.

37. Yaki Udon Stir Fried Noodles (Chicken) did not meet my expectations. Udon bland and soggy. Chicken was diced into pretty small pieces and there were barely any in there. There were soggy pieces of onion skin in there that were pretty much inedible.
10. Seared Salmon Roll was alright. More rice than filling in my opinion.

Absolutely love ordering from Sushi Roya! 52. Potato Croquette and 29. Wagyu Beef Don are my top two favourite things to get! Love how yum the 58. Spicy Wonton was! Not very spicy though but worked out as my friends can handle much! Cannot wait to order again soon

37. Yaki Udon Stir Fried Noodles (Wagyu) was hot, tasty, with a freshness, and portion size was great. 39. Egg Fried Rice wasalso hot, and tasty. The 02. Tiger Roll were quite nice.

It looked great however it was so bland almost like warm water with diluted broth, except for the meat which was seasoned well. I ended up taking the noodles out with the toppings, had a spare shin ramen seasoning packet and made my own ramen.
I'm unsure whether this is the expected flavor or a mistake however it's a shame as they're local and I wanted a decent ramen place in Epping.
