I have a fair amount of ramen eating expierance, and this one was a good one. with freshly made wheat noodles, a small kick of ginger. It was creamy and flavourful, boasting a mellow miso flavour with good quality Australian pork that was tender and juicy, showing the chef took care to cook the meat perfectly. I recommend this for anyone who has never had ramen and would like to try it. I will order this again.
The spring rolls were smaller than I expected but still rather tasty but were pale in comparison to the Cha-Shu Ramen.

Karaage Chicken Rice Bowl was very blend with a ton of sauce!! one half cherry tomato, spinach leaves and bit of cabbage, chicken seemed oily.
Miso Soup was very very small for $4.50
Tuna Salad & Avocado Sushi Roll was very nice
No cutlery, napkins nor sauces.

Tonkotsu Ramen is beautiful! so is all other foods. But the picture is false with Tonkatsu Tonkotsu Ramen, you only get 3 pieces of pork not 4. Pretty dear for 4 small peices of pork.

Have no idea how this store is so highly rated! the Tuna Salad & Avocado Sushi Roll tastes like cat food and the rolls don't come cut so you have to cut them yourself the Yakisoba - Pork had absolutely no flavour!! more flavour in 2 minute noodles I'm so disappointed by my whole order ! don't waste your time ordering here so many other sushi places that taste amazing this place was gross
