Oh my god it tasted like a Trinidadian aunty or grandma made this for me. I got chicken curry and Boneless Curry Chicken Roti separated and the Channa Chickpea Doubles. And it was insane. I'm indian and just move to NYC from NC have been having terrible luck finding good takeout indian food and learned that Trinidadian food is a must try. The food is amazing - tastes clean not too oily similar to home cooked indian food I mean it just really hit the spot. Portions were awesome. Thank you Suzie <3 even though we're from different parts of the world your food gave me a piece of home that I missed. Absolutely obsessed with Trinidadian food now but especially Suzies.

Everything was so delicious. The Pholourie was soft, warm, and fluffy. The Oxtail Roti was packed with flavor, hot and the roti was perfectly flakey. The Oxtail Doubles were also delicious, flakey, and everything was hot. Yum

This place has been great since before it was Suzy's, but they're keeping Shayna's dream alive. The food is delicious and there are a ton of options. The Shrimp Doubles (well, all the doubles) are delicious, the Boneless Curry Chicken Roti (all the rotis) are great. Generally, we like to get them separate either the Dhalpuri roti. The homemade Suzy's Sensational Sorrel is refreshing and delicious. It's all great and they're a long-time Brooklyn family restaurant so make sure to support!

Oxtail with Rice the oxtails and the rice was both hard and dry. Had no flavor and honestly a waste of money in my opinion. The Suzy's Sensational Sorrel was the only thing that was actually good to me.

If I can give them 10 stars I definitely would. The Boneless Curry Chicken Roti one of my favorites on the menu with the Macaroni Pie and Suzy's Beefy Beef Patty also for desert I always get the Coconut Roll which is amazing the food was definitely blessed! I Love ordering from them.
