The 18A. Taro Milk Tea is amazing. Tastes like actual milk tea and not just some overly sweet powder flavoring. The boba was nice and chewy but also not overwhelmingly sweet which I loved!(I did order half sweetness)
7F. Grilled Beef Vietnamese Sandwich was also very tasty and the bread was so soft and fresh would definitely order again.

7A. Coconut Milk Tea made to perfection, you can customize the way you like.
Grilled pork sausage spring rolls (Nem nướng cuốn) love the eggroll wrapper inside, there's a nice crunch in every bite. bunBún Bò Lá Lốt, Nem, Chả Giò (House Special Vermicelli Bowl) taste is excellent. I've been looking for this type of taste for a very LONG time, portion is perfect. 10000% will come here and order again. the freshness on every item is chef's kiss.

The food was underwhelming. The 10F. Dynamite Bread side it had sliced Meats in it, the sliced Meats is hot dog. The Banh mi were small. The Onion Rings are not a traditional onion ring, there is no onion texture to be found. The tea is fairly good.

The peanut sauce lacks flavor, kinda bland to be honest but the spring rolls are very tasty and fresh. Don't think I would order again from here. Portion is good too.
