I am never disappointed with this ice cream I get from here. I have been a very regular customer here for the past few months. And I dont just go here because I love your ice cream you have an amazing staff as well! I know that in customer service you dont always get thanked or appreciated. Well I want to say thank you and i appreciate all the staff. Your doing a great job!

The Strawberry Banana Smoothie is delicious and the banana icecream actually taste like banana and is so smooth.

This is the 4th time sweet scoops has messed up my order, ran out of something, or shorted me.  The one time I called the store to complain the employee already knew the order was messedup she took my number and said the owner would call me, they never did.  If you go into the location the employees will make what you order if they arent.out of things   Dont ever order on door dash, they constantly substitute things because they are out of stuff and dont care to call you.  They also send ice creme orders half full when you pay for the largest portion, and  they totally send the wrong order, and the owner obviously doesnt  care if they find it too inconvinent to call a customer back.  Order from the parlour they care, the ice crème is better, and they don't have constant excuses.

the drinks themselves were good but the packaging (my milkshakes in a plastic bag) left me with strawberry ice cream all over.
