I didn get the ones I ordered. It was a great dea so no biggie.. however, very crumblly. Seemed stale ? They are gigantic

The cookies are pre-packaged, not made same day. For as thick as they are, they are strangely not moist - texture is crumbly, taste is floury. Ratio of filling-to-dough tends to favor the dough, notably on the Classic Chocolate Chip, which disappoints. Not the gooey, chocolatey mess you'd imagine from the photos. Reheating in an oven does not improve the experience. Better options on this app.

The cookies were very hard and crumbly, even after I warmed them in the oven. The flavors are good, but they don't seem fresh OR they were overcooked. since none appear overcooked, I'm assuming it is a freshness issue. Each was individually wrapped and had best-by dates that have not occurred, none show when they were baked. the price is reasonable, so I may try again to see if it was just a bad batch. I ordered 4 flavors but only ate two so far - the brownie buzz (does not taste like brownie or coffee) and the apple pie. I really enjoyed the flavor of the latter.

Such a dry nasty cookie, it's maybe only good once you get to the center to be fully honest because that's where they add some very small fillings. But it's a crumble disaster and makes a massive mess, this is no joke the most dry cookie I've ever had.

Huge dry stale tasting cookie with a hollow inside. It was like opening a fake easter egg on Easter, and a half a Peep falls out already eaten by someone else. The cookie size is bigger than a small cup cake. Almost hard as a rock. Not worth the money or calories.
