First time ordering from here, and it was great! I had the Super Green Goddess and the mix of sweet and savory along with the spiciness of the brocoli was on point. Will definitely order again!

One of the worst sweet green locations I've been to. The ingredients are poorly cut, skimpy on meat, the lettuce always is kinda brown. I'm normally disappointed by the food and I'm paying so much money.

The problem with the ordering from sweetgreen is that if they forget one thing, the entire order is ruined. They don't double check the receipt so a lot of times the salads come without any dressing or extras that were paid for. A place that sells overrated and expensive salads should be used to putting dressing into the bag.
On top of all this, the portions are small, the protein amount is tiny, and the compostable bowls/lids are terrible.

I paid extra for fish and the piece we received was burnt and shriveled. Barely and toppings for the chicken bowl.

quality has gone down significantly. The Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Hot Honey Mustard are not worth the 5 bucks for 3 pieces of sweet potato mixed in with 4 of regulat potato
