• 2/28/26The baked potato was hot & baked nicely. Although they were no chives. The veggies were perfect! The apple pie was frozen. Swiss Chalet did not warm it or thaw it, disappointing. Tasty otherwise.

• 1/10/26Not only was there no sauce, no dinner rolls (forgotten!), the extremely small chicken (ie smaller than a cornish hen) was extremely overcooked with the wings completely burnt black and inedible. The absolute worst meal we've had from Swiss Chalet in 43 years,, abysmal quality do not give them your money! Not worth it and the measly 7.50$ credit from door dash for the missing items doesn't even make a difference. Clearly Swiss Chalet does not care about their delivery customers. At least in the restaurant we could've sent the food back!

• 7/6/26So many bones and so much gristle in my sandwich. Bun wasn't toasted. It was burnt. They no longer cut it in half which makes a dip type sandwich impossible to dip. And they forgot the pickle.
Was good and hot though and the fries and chalet sauce slap.
