• 2/19/25Tasty, as always! Food arrived hot, packaged neatly, and tasted just as good as expected! Swiss Chalet is one of my favorites for a reason.

• 2/6/24The chicken was dry which is typical for Swiss Chalet. But the usually crispy fries were soggy as well as the dinner roll. That was partly due to the fact that the soup was not packed properly - the lid was half off - and the soup spilled out and over everything. Also, the wings were under cooked and a real health risk.

• 5/30/26These people do not care about the customer .
They send out bacon on orders that clearly ask for no bacon , their cheese cake came raw and running also might I add door dash would only refund the salad portion of my meal . What a poor service I will not be ordering from here ever again
