• 8/30/22Swiss Chalet is my go-to for chicken. It has never disappointed me :) I would like to see the request box in the online menu open up. I don't like the chicken dipping sauce but there isn't an option to cancel it. I prefer the rib sauce to dip my chicken. The food and service have always been great. Thanks!

• 7/29/25There were half the amount of fries I usually get, and they were soggy, undercooked, yet still crunchy (like raw potato) in center fries. 1/2 a small cup of chalet sauce! I paid over $30 for a deluxe dinner that had about $20 worth of food ( in todays crazy expensive world pricing). very disappointing.
Quarter chicken was cooked perfectly
the tender meal was as expected for tenders and fries

• 1/2/26We received a BOGO offer on the quarter chicken dinner and we're thrilled to try it. I split it with my 3 year old who loves the chicken and mashed potatoes usually. The first meal was divine, however the second chicken was unfortunately far too hard and crispy to feed to her. This has happened a handful of times at this location, always hit or miss, but when it's a *hit* it's delicious!

• 5/13/26The Mac n cheese is very delicious and I would definitely recommend it but I keep getting boxes with barely anything in it, some of them are quite decent but out of the five times I've had it they are not consistent and sometimes it really is not worth the $6 something, and the fact that it is so delicious makes it more disappointing. You can see the difference between these two

• 6/8/25$30 from doordash, for a piece of chicken only a bit bigger than a chicken wing.. a loaded baked potato and a crusty stale biscuit. not the best deal on the planet I can tell you. I definitely won't be ordering that or from there ever again. and the gravy was okay and kind of tasted like Christmas.. piney LOL. I would not recommend this to anybody. doordash did their part perfectly. unfortunately Swiss Chalet failed in a huge way to deliver quality.
