Gravy was poorly secured and tipped over in the bag, spilling over everything. had to use half a roll of paper towel to clean it up. Fries were overcooked, and the "side" of coleslaw amounted to a single bite. overall quality and care felt lacking.

Ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Poutine, and it came without chicken and the fries weren't good (even by delivery standards). Very disappointing. Only redeeming item was the Chalet Dipping Sauce (4 oz.), always pleases.

I recently tried the poutine from Swiss Chalet, and unfortunately, it was missing the essential gravy. The fries and cheese curds were decent, but the lack of gravy really impacted the overall taste and experience. Hopefully, next time they can ensure all the key components are included for a more satisfying poutine.
