• 8/26/23Salads have gotten very small but gone up in price. Roast beef and mashed potatoes with gravy were very good but very few vegetables. My husband's chicken stir fry was also very good. Overall meal was very good. Would recommend.

• 8/12/24So disappointed in Swiss chalet. Waited an hour for my order. Ordered the garlic loaf. Received dry bread with tomato and cheese on it. No butter no garlic. I also decided to try the new doughnuts. I took one bite or should I say tried to take a bite they were hard as rocks soaked in deep fryer oil. 10 bucks for an inedible dessert. Portions have shrunk prices have raised dramatically.

• 6/24/26Burnt chicken, undercooked fries.
I have always loved Swish Chalet but it has been degrading the last few years.
I always give the dinners the best anticipation experience but this one was far below any I have ever had.
Plus.. please bring back the Chalet Seasoned fries. ..the best things you always remove from your menu.

• 6/29/23Order was luke warm. They use cardboard trays to ship in cardboard boxes. The mashed potatoes were glopped straight into the corner of the tray, as if served like prison food. The half chicken as technically correct, a front quarter of a chicken and a separte piece for the back end quarter of a chicken. Mathmatically, it is correct, but it just doesn't feel right. If I was at the restaurant, I would have complained. I guess using a Door Dash removes a layer of responsibility for the product.
